Thank you +Patricia Paton , glad you like it. This is a Christmas decoration and I will certainly take this same setup but take it with the ball in focus.
I like it!!! It opens our imagination! Disco, steel wool, Xmas decoration! I like the ball being out of focus, as if it was in movement. I think if the ball is in focus, it will turn into a very interesting photo too! You will be obliged to post the second version too

try spot meter if you want just a specific object in focus so spot right on the ball would do fine
Well, I'll certainly give go. I was finding that it was a difficult subject to focus on.
yes and the lameta in the back in blur would look very nice I think
